fibermetric broadband routers remain the property of fibermetric and must be returned upon plan termination. You can schedule a pickup by contacting fibermetric customer care, and it is recommended to take a photo or video as proof of return to avoid potential charges or follow-up calls for non-return. Failure to return the equipment can be considered theft and may lead to further action. 


Steps to return your fibermetric router: 


  • Contact fibermetric Customer Care: 

    Reach out to fibermetric customer care  or email info@netfmb.in to schedule the pickup of the router.

  • Schedule a Pickup: 

    Arrange for a convenient time for fibermetric to collect the router from your location.

  • Gather Evidence:  

    Before the pickup, take a clear photo or video of you handing over the device to the fibermetric executive or the pickup agent.

  • Confirm Return:  

    Keep a copy of your proof of return (the photo/video) to show fibermetric if they claim the equipment was not returned.
